Daily walk also ensures the beauty of humans body. If there is no any park or ground around your residential area, you can do this on your roof or in your house lawn. The main thing is that you will include walk as in your daily routine activity.

Jumping at moderate rate is also one of the best exercise to do at home. With this a person burns about 10 to 16  calories in a minute. Around 10 minute in day doing this exercise is like or equal to 8 miles walking.  From this you can imagine that how much Skipping rope is an important exercise.

Daily Walk


Walk is the simple and easy way of exercise. A simple walk on daily basis can assures the healthier life. This will prevent a human body from various dangerous diseases like heart attacks, blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and many more. This will also make the bones and muscles more strong and healthy which is the guarantee of healthy life and a beautiful look.
