The latest research  published in the publication Of Public Library Of Sciences by university of Otago, as per their latest 14 days research on few people, some had given fresh fruits and vegetables and some others had given normal food,  positive changes have been noted in attitude, emotions and  in activities of people which have taken fresh fruits and vegetables. In 14 days evaluation some factors about  the Psychological health, mood, activities, motivation and depression were observed. Experts noted that in the persons who uses fruit and vegetables they became more active and energetic and there is no any depression observed as compare to others.

This normal research proves that the fresh fruits and vegetables quickly or in short period of time positively effects the Psychological health. On these basis we can conclude that the use of Fruits and Vegetables can save our life and can release Psychological problems and depressions and can live long life.
