American journal of chemical nutrition have published the research that whole grain with aril helps to lose weight, in which they also suggests that eating brown rice is much better than white rice .

When the whole grains were grind in the mills the important nutritional elements like fiber, iron and many other kinds of vitamins were separated from grains. During the cleaning process of flour these important components were separated from them and they went to garbage.

As per latest research the scientist observed that the people who are using the whole grain foods they burn more than 100 calories per day, which is just like a 30 mins walk on daily basis.

In the light of these researches the scientists are suggesting that to lose weight  with whole grain foods and physical exercises is more easy and effective.
