Use of artificial creams and lotion are not good for skin health and cannot gives you the real and natural beauty it effects for the time being but in the long run they damages the skin tissues and can be cause of various skin diseases, for the permanent natural beauty the use of natural food can give you the natural freshness and will make you and your skin more beautiful permanently. The reason is that important ingredients which are present in these natural foods were absorbs by our skin and body and effects for permanently and in the long run. Following are some foods which are most important for human health and natural beauty.

Fish

Fish is one of the best foods for human health and natural beauty. The advantages of eating fish is receiving of Omega3 fatty acid which is available in good quantity which secures human heart and also secure the skin’s external part which is known as  epidermis. This ensures the required water quantity for skin which makes skin shiny and beautiful. This Omega3 fatty acid also present in various sea foods and some vegetables like pumpkin seeds etc.      

Tomato

Eating of minimum one or two tomatoes a day in summer will protects the skin from sun rays. The pro-vitamin A beta-carotene from carrots does not actually help people to see in the dark unless they suffer from a deficiency of vitamin A.

In almonds there is huge quantity of vitamin E is available which is a powerful antioxidant. This will also protects your skin from the ultraviolet rays comes from the sunlight and this also reduces the cholesterol from the blood and your natural beauty will become more attractive.

Yogurt

This is also a best natural food for human health which reduces the inflammation and burning on any part of the body. Absorbs the good elements to make stomach better. Use of yogurt at day time is highly recommended.

Juicy Fruits

Juicy fruits like Orange, Lemon, Pomegranates, Strawberries and grapefruits etc are the most important food items for skin protection and making it healthy and beautiful.  Before going to bed taking piece of Lemon or orange is very useful for skin health.

Blueberries

In blueberries there is a huge quantity of potassium and vitamin C is available. These elements will keep human body young and healthy and also keep skin healthy due to which the person looks smart and young.
