hair is less dense, they start to fall. Increase use of green vegetables and
fruits if you want strong and healthy hair, which needs iron, biotin and
vitamins for healthy growth. Most vegetables like spinach and seeds are rich with
Iron, while fruits are best source for vitamin K.
